A vision by Maggie has seen Lumsden Kindergarten grow into an amazing early learning centre that in our opionion is ” second to none”.

A strong team of handpicked teachers make up the heart of Lumsden Kindergarten – all equally as dedicated as Maggie in their quest to provide each child with a fun, challenging, exciting experience that is individualised to suit each child’s interests and needs.

At our sons’s recent graduation ceremony from Lumsden Kindergarten we got presented with an amazing portfolio and photo DVD capturing two years of “Lumsden” life for Harry. On watching the photo DVD we have a lot to thank Maggie and her special teachers for. They say, “a picture paints a thousand words” and one could not argue with the exceptional experiences, love and growth we saw as our sons kindy life unfolded over the two years – leaving us with a unique, knowledgeable and happy five year old that is ready to take on  his next challenge – school.

Tom has just about finished his 2^nd week at Havelock Primary and he is ‘loving’ it.  The enthusiasm to get to school each morning, complete his homework and score another ‘fruit’ on the learning tree is fantastic.

You ladies certainly gave him an amazing platform to start school on and it is certainly showing in the class which kids are ‘Lumsden Kids’.  Toms teacher is constantly saying how fantastic the kids are that come out of Lumsden.
