Sleep training

Having trouble with your tamariki's sleep?

Sally Cawston is a certified child and baby sleep consultant who works closely with the team at Lumsden Kindergarten.

Sleep is a necessity, just like eating well and being active. Babies and children need sleep to not only live well but to thrive. Sally works with clients to achieve this, ensuring optimal age-appropriate routines and nap times are in place, together with an optimal sleep environment, to benefit the health and well-being of babies and toddlers.

Under Sally’s guidance, Lumsden has attuned its sleep environment to provide the most sleep-conducive setting for even the lightest of sleepers.

Sally's sleep workshop explains how parents/caregivers can ensure they are meeting their child's age appropriate sleep needs by applying her ‘Four Pillars to Sleeping Well'. It also addresses the importance of establishing a healthy, positive attitude towards sleep and the necessary boundaries children require to sleep restfully, particularly during the toddler years.
